After purchase, email your pet photo to pawmoir@gmail.com with your order number. We'll use it as engraving reference.

  • Fill: real pet fur - supplied by you

  • Wipe leather with a soft, dry cloth to maintain its natural finish

Free standard shipping on Australian & New Zealand orders. We send your collection kit after checkout, then craft and dispatch your locket within 5-7 business days after your fur sample arrives.

International
We currently ship within Australia & New Zealand only. International delivery is not available yet.

Returns
Because every piece is made to order and may contain your pet's fur, engraved and fur-inserted items are final sale unless faulty. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days with photos and we will make it right.

Warranty
All Pawmoir keepsakes are covered by a 12-month craftsmanship warranty. This covers manufacturing defects in the leather body, stitching, and hardware. Normal wear, accidental damage, and leather discolouration from improper care are not covered.
