A Simple Guide
Gently brush your pet's back and collect the fur from the brush, or lift it from their favourite blanket or your clothing. You only need about 0.3-0.5g, roughly a small pinch.
After ordering, we'll post you a fur collection card with a small paper envelope and return instructions. Place the fur inside, seal it, and follow the instructions in the kit.
Once we receive your fur, our maker places it gently into the suede-lined pocket, closes the snap, boxes it, and ships it within 5-7 business days. A handwritten note is included.
If your pet has already passed, fur collected from bedding, brushes, or clothing works beautifully. Every strand is treated with the same care. Please wait for your collection kit before mailing fur to us.
