How It Works

The keepsake locket ships empty. After delivery, you may place a small amount of your pet's fur inside at home. Pawmoir does not receive, handle, store, match, return or insert customer fur. No fur collection kit is sent, and you do not need to mail fur to us.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

All shipping prices below are in Australian dollars (AUD).

Free shipping applies to standard delivery only. Available services and the final shipping charge are confirmed at checkout.

Preparation and Delivery Times

The delivery estimates above start after dispatch and do not include order preparation or personalisation. Leather animal charms are typically prepared and dispatched within 2-4 business days. Please refer to the relevant product page for preparation information. Transit times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates; remote locations, public holidays and carrier delays may take longer.

International Shipping

We currently ship within Australia only. Delivery to New Zealand and other international destinations is not available at this time.

Tracking

All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your Pawmoir has been shipped.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Pawmoir is not responsible for items delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
