About 0.3-0.5g, roughly a small pinch from a brush, blanket, clothing, or saved keepsake bag. Too much fur can affect how the snap closes.
Yes. Fur collected from bedding, brushes, clothing, or a saved pouch works beautifully. Every sample is handled with the same care.
Yes. Choose the With Engraving option on the product page and enter your pet's name. We recommend up to 12 English characters. Please check spelling before checkout.
After your order, we send a fur collection kit with a card, small paper envelope, and return instructions. Please wait for the kit before mailing fur to us.
Once your fur arrives, we usually handcraft and dispatch your Pawmoir within 5-7 business days. We currently ship within Australia and New Zealand.
Please contact us within 7 days with photos. Faulty or damaged items are handled under our warranty process and Australian Consumer Law protections.
