After purchase, email your pet photo to pawmoir@gmail.com with your order number. We'll use it as engraving reference.

  • Our components are manufactured by a specialist production partner in China. Pawmoir completes final personalisation, machine engraving, hand assembly and quality checks in Sydney.

  • Body: full-grain vegetable-tanned leather

Shipping
Standard shipping within Australia is A$11 for orders under A$50, or free on orders of A$50 or more. Express shipping is A$15. Estimated transit after dispatch: 3-5 business days standard or 1-2 business days express; preparation time is additional. Your leather charm is personalised and hand-assembled to order in Sydney and typically dispatched within 2-4 business days.

International
We currently ship within Australia only. Delivery to New Zealand and other international destinations is not available at this time.

Returns
Because every leather charm is personalised and hand-assembled to order in your selected colour, change-of-mind returns are not accepted unless faulty. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days with photos and we will make it right.

Warranty
All Pawmoir keepsakes are covered by a 12-month craftsmanship warranty. This covers manufacturing defects in the leather body, stitching, and hardware. Normal wear, accidental damage, and leather discolouration from improper care are not covered.
