Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

By placing an order with Pawmoir ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Our Products

Pawmoir keychains use components manufactured by a specialist production partner in China. Each piece is personalised, machine-engraved, hand-assembled and quality-checked in our Sydney studio. Natural variations in leather texture, colour and stitching may occur; these are not defects but characteristics of genuine leather.

2. The Order Process

Our process involves two stages:

  1. Purchase: You place your order and select your preferred colour.
  2. Delivery: After any selected personalisation, your keepsake is shipped to you empty.

3. Self-Filled Keepsake

The keepsake ships empty. After delivery, the buyer may place a small amount of their pet's fur inside at home. Pawmoir does not receive, handle, store, match, return or insert customer fur.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including photography, copy, branding, and design — is the property of Pawmoir and may not be reproduced without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian law, Pawmoir's liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

9. Shipping & Delivery

10. Returns, Refunds & Remedies

Returns, refunds and remedies are governed by our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

11. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
