Returns
Because every leather charm is made to order in your selected colour, change-of-mind returns are not accepted unless faulty. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days with photos and we will make it right.

Warranty
All Pawmoir keepsakes are covered by a 12-month craftsmanship warranty. This covers manufacturing defects in the leather body, stitching, and hardware. Normal wear, accidental damage, and leather discolouration from improper care are not covered.
