Returns
Because every piece is personalised and hand-assembled to order, engraved items are final sale unless faulty. After delivery, you place your own pet's fur inside; Pawmoir does not receive or handle customer fur. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days with photos and we will make it right.

Warranty
All Pawmoir keepsakes are covered by a 12-month craftsmanship warranty. This covers manufacturing defects in the leather body, stitching, and hardware. Normal wear, accidental damage, and leather discolouration from improper care are not covered.
